With a gold medal and the national anthem of Russia Sergey Lukyanov / Irina Kamenskaya said goodbye to their Senior I Standard competition at the Alte Reithalle on Saturday evening. All Russian flags were needed for three other award ceremonies. The audience rewarded this with frenetic applause. The flags for second and third place were available of course: Hong Wei Shen / Lucy Ying Zi Lu (China)stood on the second step of the rostrum. Italy was able to celebrate another bronze medal through Federico Spagnesi / Serena Della Rocca. Olga and Jürgen Weibert achieved fourth place. Places five and six went also to Italy. Stefano Rigon / Milena Lorenzato became fifth and Claudio Francioni / Stefania Anselmo sixth.

La nostra Coppia già inizia a farsi sentire e vedere grazie al suo ballo, in questa gara internazionale con oltre 90 coppie partecipanti. Si classifica infatti al 5° posto, confermando la sua magistrale annata!
Nella WDSF Senior I partono in 200 coppie ed oltre, e loro passano brillantemente i primi turni sfiorando il passaggio nei primi 48! In ogni caso un’ottima performance che da modo di aspirare ancora più in alto! Continuate così! Forza Ragazzi!
